A precision engineering company in Redruth is seeking a CNC Setter Operator. This role involves setting and running CNC lathes or mills, focusing on quality and efficiency. You will enjoy a work-life balance with a choice between days or double day shifts, along with premium overtime opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience with CNC machines and is motivated to develop their technical skills within a supportive team environment.

- Experience with CNC machines (Mills or Lathes) is required.
- Must be commutable to Redruth.
- Ability to produce bespoke machining components.
Responsabilités
- Set and run CNC lathes or mills.
- Ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Transfer skills through both internal and external training.
Connaissances
£30,000 - £35,000 + Technical Training + Premium Overtime + Early Friday Finish + Days or Double Days + Holiday + Pension
Workshop based role, commutable from Redruth, Truro, Penryn, Camborne, Hayle, Perranporth and surrounding areas.
