A residential care organization is seeking a dedicated Residential Childcare Worker for night shifts in Newmarket. You will provide high-quality care and support for children and young people, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being throughout the night. Ideal candidates will have experience in working with children, excellent communication skills, and a caring approach.
