Job summary
A dynamic digital agency is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with a strong Python background to take full ownership of AI and automation projects. The role requires developing backend systems, building front-end interfaces, and managing deployments. Ideal candidates should have experience with FastAPI or Flask, basic front-end knowledge, and a familiarity with DevOps and databases. This remote position operates during West Coast hours, emphasizing results, curiosity, and ownership of work.

- Strong Python skills and experience with FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience in front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience working with Webflow (CMS, basic logic, integrations).
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and real-time systems.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps (Docker, VPS/cloud deployment).
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with API design and integrations.
- Interest or experience in AI/ML projects is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Availability after 18:00 Kyiv time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack AI, automation, and web application projects.
- Build backend systems and APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, etc.).
- Integrate third-party APIs and automate workflows between services.
- Develop front-end interfaces (HTML/CSS/JS) or Webflow-based admin tools.
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
- Handle deployment, hosting, and basic DevOps tasks (Docker, VPS/cloud setup).
- Build and deploy Telegram bots, AI agents, and web tools.
- Structure projects cleanly, document features, and maintain high code quality.
- Join team and client calls during West Coast hours.
