A leading marketing technology firm is seeking a highly skilled MarTech Manager to own and optimize the marketing technology stack. You will lead technical delivery of marketing initiatives while overseeing the governance of tools and solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing software teams to translate complex marketing needs into scalable solutions, ensuring high performance and business impact through effective governance and optimization of marketing technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in a technical marketing, marketing operations, or software engineering role.
• 6+ years leading software development teams and delivering production-grade applications or internal tools end-to-end.
• Extensive hands-on experience with marketing technology infrastructure required.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools support marketing execution.
• Lead internal development efforts for custom marketing solutions.
• Establish technical best practices and enforce across all marketing builds.
