Job description
The Saddler's is a 100% wet led site, based in Cardigan. The Saddler's is a Traditional High Street pub. Known for its friendly and lively environment, its a popular local spot offering live music and karaoke on weekends. Dog-friendly, with a reputation for a warm welcome and an extensive drinks range.
Given Cardigan's appeal as a coastal and cultural destination, the pub also attracts visitors exploring West Wales, especially during holidays and summer months. Currently averaging 6,000 per week in sales, the pub has a strong local reputation and welcomes a wide demographic of customers.
We are looking for an engaging operator who is able to cater for locals and tourists alike. A keen marketeer who can drive frequent events such as live music, quiz nights, or themed nights. Someone able to build effective networking relations and can bolster the tourism tie-ins available: Partnering with local B&Bs or tour operators to uplift tourist custom in the pub.
What's in it for you?
- 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
