Horizon Care and Education has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher for our Tipton Green College, working with children aged 11-19 with SEND and SEMH needs.
Tipton Green College is an independent specialist day school providing high‑quality education for boys and girls. Based in Tipton, the college meets the diverse needs of pupils aged 11‑19 with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Our broad but balanced curriculum is specifically designed to meet the unique learning styles and needs of each student. With bespoke learning plans and a supportive therapeutic environment, we are committed to ensuring every child receives the support they require to succeed.
As an Assistant Headteacher you will aim to achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes for the pupils as a member of the senior management team. Responsible for the implementation of effective policies and procedures that support the high standards of education. You will work to assist the Head Teacher in the day‑to‑day running of the school.
