• Maintain safe practice, ensuring care needs are met, reducing risk, and ensuring continuity of practice.
• Support with high waiting lists and urgent demands on duty.
• Manage a varied caseload including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS), Integrated Care Board (continuing healthcare) and generic complex cases.
• Oversee the Preparing for Adulthood awaiting allocation list, dealing with high numbers and young people approaching 18 years of age with no transitional pathway.
• Demonstrate sharp analytical skills and excellent command of written English.
• Stay motivated and committed to meeting timescales.
• Work independently while balancing conflicting priorities.
• Apply your experience in adult safeguarding to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
