St Barnabas is a vibrant and diverse church in Kensington, West London. We are passionate about welcoming all in Jesus’ name, growing together as his disciples, and stepping out in God’s mission to all nations.

Our church community is characterized by its cultural and social diversity, which we see as a reflection of God’s Kingdom and a foundation for creative mission. Recent initiatives include reaching French speakers (French Connect), using music and arts in outreach (Barnabas Music Academy), and engaging with the local neighborhood through family outreach activities such as Soft Play and Family Fun Days. We maintain strong ties with St Barnabas and St Philip’s primary school (SBSP) and Marmalade Nursery.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the development of our families ministry, focusing on children aged 0-12 years. This role emphasizes outreach, mission, and discipleship for children and their families within the church and the wider community. You will play a key role in the strategic growth of this ministry area, nurturing and inspiring a new generation of young Christians in West London.

This position is part-time, for 21-28 hours per week, with a salary dependent on experience. Church housing may be available.
