Responsabilités
- Support the manufacturing of precast concrete walls and associated products.
- Position reinforced steel within moulds prior to concrete pouring.
- Modify, adjust, and change rebar dimensions as specified.
Connaissances
We are seeking dependable Production Operatives to join our client's thriving manufacturing facility specialising in precast concrete walls and components.
The successful applicant will collaborate effectively within their production team to guarantee premium-quality concrete products are manufactured to company specifications.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 6:00-18:00, although the company offers flexibility and 8-hour shifts are also available.
- Support the manufacturing of precast concrete walls and associated products
- Position reinforced steel within moulds prior to concrete pouring
- Modify, adjust, and change rebar dimensions as specified by requirements
- Apply paint finishes to concrete products to company specifications when necessary
- Handle loading and unloading of materials
- Provide assistance within other areas of the production facility as required
- Keep a clean and organised work area
- Aid fellow production team members as needed
- Prior manufacturing or construction experience desirable
- Eye for detail and dedication to quality
- Capability to adhere to health and safety procedures
- Dependable transport and excellent attendance record
- Readiness to work in a dynamic environment
- Capability to work in all weather conditions, as work areas may be in exposed environments
