The Role:

• You will be joining a growing Commercial Property team that is well connected on the South Coast / across the Sussex area. This firm deals with a high-quality level of commercial property work and the department deals with the following: - freehold and leasehold titles, drafting, and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties
• In this role you will be working within a wider team and be well supported across the board by paralegals and legal secretaries

The Ideal Candidate:

• Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3yrs+ PQE
• You will be an excellent communicator and will be able to freely express your ideas
• Experience of residential property would be an advantage but not essential
