• Supporting babies, toddlers, and preschoolers through play-based learning and daily routines

• Creating a safe, warm, and stimulating environment where children can thrive

• Working alongside nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and learning

• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery teams

• Bringing fun, flexibility, and professionalism to each placement

• Previous experience working with children aged 0 5 (nursery, preschool, or similar setting)

• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

• A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• A passion for supporting children s development in their earliest years

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years is desirable

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
