EYFS Practitioner - Harrow
Term Time Only | Full-Time | Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 4:15pm

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to join a warm, family-run Nursery in Harrow.

This is a great opportunity for a committed professional passionate about supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a nurturing, child-centred and friendly environment.

Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 (or equivalent) in EYFS/Childcare

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

About the Role

As an Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel confident and supported

  • Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS

  • Observing, assessing, and recording children's learning and development

  • Acting as a key person for a small group of children, building strong, supportive relationships with families

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards across the setting

  • Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures are followed at all times
