• You're a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
• While care home experience is a plus, what really matters is your passion for care and your dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
• You have a natural ability to connect with people—residents, families, and colleagues alike—bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeanour to every interaction.
