Job description

Ward 43 Clinical Sisters / Charge Nurse are responsible for continually aiming for high standards of care and supporting the management team. In turn the management team will support your professional development and offer guidance for your career goals.

The post holder will be expected to coordinate the ward and work clinically. An understanding of the operational demands and clinical pressures are essential whilst maintaining quality of care and patient safety.

Neurosurgical experience is not essential.
