A dynamic waste management company in Widnes is seeking a Banksman to ensure safety and manage traffic flow at a Material Recovery Facility. The successful candidate will control vehicle and pedestrian movements, supervise waste tipping and loading, and monitor safety compliance. Key qualifications include a valid Banksman NPORS Licence, reliability, and teamwork skills. - Reliable and punctual with ability to work as part of a team.
Responsabilités
- Control and direct vehicle and pedestrian movements.
- Supervise safe tipping and loading of waste.
- Monitor waste for compliance; stop non-conforming loads.
- Use handheld devices for waste checks and reporting.
- Keep tipping areas clear and safe.
- Ensure health and safety processes are followed.
- Perform load checking.
- Manage traffic effectively in yard and site areas.
