Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director (Interim Contract) - New Homes Developer
Location: London
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum + Bonus (DOE)
Please note only those with a property developer based background at director level will be considered for this position.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to join a leading new homes developer on a maternity cover contract.
This senior role requires a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in driving sales and marketing strategies for new home developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for a portfolio of luxury new homes developments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Oversee the sales team, providing leadership, training, and strategic direction to ensure sales targets are met.
- Work closely with senior management and external stakeholders, including agents and contractors, to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Significant experience in sales and marketing within the new homes or property development sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong track record of successfully driving sales performance and achieving targets.
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, as this role is sensitive in nature.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Performance-based bonus structure, up to 20% of salary.
- Additional benefits include company car allowance, healthcare, and pension contributions.
