The Job Role
  • Sales and Marketing Director for a well-established midlands events business.
  • Senior leadership role, reporting directly into the Managing Director.
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth through 70% proactive sales activity across the local Birmingham market and wider UK, alongside 30% strategic marketing oversight.
  • Developing and securing new leisure and corporate event business while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Ownership of the sales pipeline, networking strategy, partnerships, and agency relationships.
  • Overseeing brand presence, marketing campaigns, digital strategy, and lead generation activity to support ongoing sales growth.
