Creative Researcher & Treatment Co-ordinator

ROGUE Films is hiring!
We’re looking for a full-time Creative Researcher and Treatment Co-ordinator to join our London team. You’ll collaborate with directors, producers, and EPs to help visualise ideas and create impactful, engaging treatments. Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule freelancers for various projects.

With a broad knowledge of design, film, and advertising, you’ll be eager to find strong visual references. You’ll have a passion for imagery and design, and the ability to clearly communicate and understand ideas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Designing and outputting treatments for PDF and online.
  2. Researching images to support a director’s treatment in line with the client’s brief.
  3. Co-ordinating between EPs, Directors, Producers, and freelancers and scheduling freelancers for various pitches.
  4. Building and maintaining an image library and a database of freelancers.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Google Slides, Acrobat, Keynote, and AI tools.
  2. Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  3. An eye for detail.
  4. A passion for film, advertising, and the creative industries.
  5. Self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
