A UK-based HR service provider is looking for an HR Administrator to support the team in various administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining the Oracle HCM system, ensuring data accuracy, and responding to HR enquiries. Ideal candidates should have experience in HR roles, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in HR software. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively towards shared sustainability goals.
Works as part of the HR Service Delivery Team, supporting colleagues across the UK and internationally. Provides timely, accurate administration and coordinated transactional support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Acts as a first point of contact for HR enquiries, delivering a comprehensive HR administrative service and supporting projects and initiatives as required.
