Our success is all thanks to our amazing people and we are looking to appoint an Affiliate Manager to take charge of our global affiliate strategy, drive performance and build powerful partnerships to fuel our continued growth.

What You’ll Do:

• As the Affiliate Manager you’ll be instrumental in leading the affiliate marketing strategy across all TFG brands and international markets. This role will see you focus on:
• Driving performance across key metrics like CPA, conversion rate, LTV, and revenue ensuring we hit our ambitious targets.
• Hands-on management of the Partnerize platform, handling tracking, reporting, commissioning, and partner onboarding, identifying and managing high-value affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with our e-commerce, creative, trading, and PR teams to ensure all affiliate activities are aligned.
• Leverage data to track performance, create reports, build insightful dashboards, and cultivate a test-and-learn culture to continuously optimise campaign effectiveness.

Who You’ll Be:

You'll bring proven experience managing large-scale affiliate programs within e-commerce retail, previous experience in fashion or lifestyle being an added bonus. Your expertise will include advanced knowledge of Partnerize, covering everything from reporting and commissioning to integrations, alongside a strategic understanding of the affiliate landscape across various markets. We're looking for an Affiliate Manager with strong commercial acumen, the ability to confidently manage budgets, and an analytical mindset, demonstrated by your advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and other affiliate tools.
