A leading NHS Trust is seeking a Care Group Management Secretary to support their Specialist Medicine Care Group by managing diaries, taking minutes, and organizing meetings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a high level of computer literacy, and relevant qualifications in business administration. This position requires a proactive approach to workload management and excellent attention to detail.

To support the needs of the Specialist Medicine Care Group Management Team with duties including managing diaries, minute taking, setting up and managing databases and organising meetings. A high level of computer literacy is required.

Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

Person Specification
Education/ Qualifications
  • Typing qualification to RSA II level or equivalent practical experience
  • NVQ 3 in Business Administration or similar area or equivalent level of experience
  • Hold a minimum of three GCSE 9-4 passes or equivalent
  • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent level of experience
  • RSA III Audio Typing Shorthand
Experience
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Able to demonstrate secretarial experience supporting a busy senior management team
  • Experience in using electronic scheduling/diary systems
  • Evidence of effective use of MS Office packages including Windows, especially regular use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Evidence of effective use of bespoke IT systems.
