Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Secretary to join a leading UK construction company, working on a £300m landmark project in Cardiff. This is an exciting, long-term opportunity to be part of a high-profile development shaping the city's future.

The Role

As the site-based Receptionist / Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and calls, ensuring a professional and efficient front‑of‑house service. You will also provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the project management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing reception duties including calls, visitors, and correspondence
  • Providing secretarial support to the site management team
  • Preparing, formatting, and presenting PowerPoint presentations and project documentation
  • Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating site meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and filing systems
  • Supporting with general administrative duties as required
About You
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or Administrator within a professional office or construction environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills
  • Confident, professional, and proactive with a keen eye for detail
