A leading NHS Trust is looking for an Administration Assistant to support the Alcohol Liaison Nursing Team. You will be responsible for managing administrative activities, coordinating meetings, and serving as the first contact for the team. The role requires excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a busy environment. This part-time position comes with a fixed-term contract for 7 months, with a salary ranging from £24,937 to £26,598 annually, pro rata.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of all admin activities related to the Alcohol Liaison Nursing Team. This includes liaising with internal and external agencies, coordinating meetings, and liaising with patient groups.
The postholder will be the first point of contact for the Alcohol Liaison Team. They will provide efficient administrative, clerical, and coordination support to ensure the team operates effectively within a busy acute hospital.
Applicants should possess a professional attitude and the ability to work flexibly within a busy team.
You will manage your own workload and work closely with the Alcohol Liaison Nurses.
