Production Operative position with a well-established manufacturing and production company. Our client is a leading player in the industry, operating worldwide and seeking motivated individuals to join their team on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. Motorised transport would be required due to limited public transport.

• Undertake production tasks as directed by the supervisory team.
• Operate machinery and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
• Prepare recipes and handle raw meats, ensuring proper hygiene practices.
• Monitor the production process, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Assemble and package products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
• Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Must be comfortable preparing recipes and handling raw meats.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and understand instructions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

• Job Type: Temp to Perm
• Monday to Friday Shift (40 Hour Week)
