Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory as full training will be provided. The Company: MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Peterlee area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.
- Load and operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Change pre-set machine programmes as required.
- Use measuring tools such as verniers, tape measures, and micrometres to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Carry out basic checks and follow safe working procedures.
- Learn and develop towards CNC programming with full training provided.
- Previous machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided.
- Ability to read and use measuring equipment confidently.
- A good attitude and reliability to support a busy manufacturing team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands-on tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable to shift work or changing priorities.
- Onsite parking

- Monday to Thursday
- 06:30am to 17:00pm
- £12.50 Per hour
