Kit cutter late shift
We are currently recruiting for an individual to join our late Shift Kit-Cutting team at our Wellingborough site. The will be our late shift, consisting of 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Kit-Cutting and Laminating Supervisor you will be cutting scheduled kits for laminating using a cnc machine, ensuring 100% plan adherence, and the highest level of quality produced on a day-to-day basis.
This role is responsible for ensuring customer needs are met, the correct quality standards of work and the departmental resources are managed effectively throughout the late-shift.

Key Operational Responsibilities:
Managing the workload throughout the late-shift and making sure the work requirements are met.Cutting material and making sure it is ready for the day shift Laminators.Responsible for ensuring equipment is well checked, maintained and serviced according to the company policy, any issues to be rectified immediately and escalated as required.Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.Ensure all relevant paperwork and admin is completed in a timely manner.Liaise with kit cutting and Laminating supervisor to ensure smooth production of current and future work.Ensure that any resource/material shortage is reported to the kit cutting and laminating supervisor.
Quality and Standards
Responsible for ensuring all work is always completed to the correct quality standard for the company and the customers.Ensure cutting machine is in good working condition and faults are immediately reportedEscalating any issues arising in relation to kits.
