CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator

Permanent. £17.00 - £20.00 per hour. Days – Flexible hours. Wellingborough.

Join a world‑class precision engineering team. Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator to take on a key role producing high‑value, complex components for the motorsport and automotive industries. Working with Haas and Fanuc‑controlled CNC machining centres, you’ll be programming, setting and operating machinery to deliver exceptional components for prestigious global clients.

What you’ll do

• Programme, set and operate CNC Milling machines (Haas and Fanuc controls).
• Interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce precision components in a variety of materials.
• Work on complex, high‑value parts for motorsport and automotive applications.
• (Desirable) Use CADCAM software such as EDGECAM to generate programmes offline.

What we’re looking for

• A skilled CNC Miller with at least 3 years’ experience in programming and setting.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc or Haas controls. Other controls exposure will be considered.
• Ability to read and work confidently from engineering drawings.
• CADCAM/EDGECAM experience is a bonus, but not essential.
