We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading offshore wind contractor with a strong track record in the installation of foundations for large-scale offshore wind farms. This is a key leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of complex offshore installation projects, from planning through execution.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore foundation installation projects.

• Manage project teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, and offshore operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and HSE standards.

• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project phases.

• Support tendering and business development activities as required.

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.

• Proven experience managing offshore wind or marine construction projects, ideally involving foundation installation (monopiles, jackets, suction buckets, etc.).

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of offshore construction methods, marine logistics, and vessel operations.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, PMI/Prince2).

• Right to work in the UK or EU.

• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors or major offshore wind developers.

• Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, GWO) are a plus.

• Knowledge of contract management (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
