The Role

You will work closely with the other legal counsels, dealing with a broad variety of corporate & commercial matters and a mixed bag of commercial responsibilities. You will also be working across the company's wider portfolio, including well-known top automobile brands, sports teams, television/radio and much more.

The work on offer includes commercial agreements, corporate M&A, stakeholder management, procurement, sponsorship agreements and much more. You will be working within a team of 6 lawyers varying in degree and experience, although all have an impressive wealth of experience and a strong legal pedigree in common.

Requirements

• You will be a solicitor of 5+ PQE with a background in Corporate Commercial Law
• You will have a strong sense of Commercial acumen
• You will have the ability to work proactively within a team and have the ability to also work autonomously when required.
