An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm’s top-tier Employment practice in London. This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic and collaborative team, providing advice on a wide spectrum of complex, high-value employment matters spanning multiple jurisdictions. The position offers a varied caseload, with a strong focus on delivering top-quality advisory support to multinational clients, while also being actively involved in Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation. You will contribute significantly to corporate transactions and take the lead on employment-related aspects of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence, pragmatism, and a client-focused mindset, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for cross-border employment issues.

• Provide advisory support on a wide spectrum of complex, high-value employment matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Be actively involved in Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation where appropriate.
• Contribute to corporate transactions and lead on employment-related aspects of strategic projects.
• Work with multinational clients delivering top-quality advisory services.

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Be at least 5 years PQE with extensive experience providing guidance across all aspects of employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Skilled in providing employment law support for corporate teams on M&A, TUPE transfers, outsourcing projects, and organisational restructures.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
