Overview

My client is a leading regional heavyweight which is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and Chambers, as well as by non‑legal publications which recognise it as being a genuinely great place to work.

Role

The firm is seeking to recruit an experienced residential development specialist to join its team in the East Midlands in a role which offers quality work and clients on a regular basis, as well as genuine scope for career advancement.

Responsibilities

You should have a proven track record of acting on residential development matters, with the majority of your experience being weighted towards this sort of work, and be comfortable advising clients on areas such as strategic land, including acquisitions, option agreements and collaboration agreements. Additional experience in more general commercial property matters will be useful but is not a requirement of the role.

Qualifications & Experience

This is an exceptional opportunity for a property lawyer who enjoys residential development matters to join a busy and thriving firm. Applicants at all levels of qualification who have the experience indicated above will be considered from solicitor or legal executive right through to senior or managing associate (and possibly higher).
