The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a growing bench of fee-earners based in Southampton, Hampshire.

This corporate team is highly ranked in the corporate space, boasting several L500 recommending individuals across their national offices. This department deals with a strong quality level of corporate work, ranging from M&A work, shareholder agreements, private equity and more.

In this role you will be assisting and leading on transactions in the predominately in the mid-market space.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor 4+ years PQE
• You will have broad corporate experience with an emphasis on M&A
• You will be driven to progress.
