The Role:

As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will manage a varied caseload of property transactions and deliver top-tier service to clients.

Responsibilities Include:

Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents.

Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Supervising and mentoring junior team members as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience: A qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4 years of PQE in residential property law.

Expertise: Strong knowledge of property law and significant experience handling a broad range of residential property transactions.

Client Focus: Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach, capable of making complex legal concepts accessible.

Organisational Skills: The ability to manage a busy caseload with precision and efficiency.
