This fast growing, established firm was listed in the top 100 places to work in 2023 and it is now offering the chance for a general Litigation Solicitor to work alongside a team of 24 Lawyers, specialising in trusts and contentious probate.

What will you do?

• Advising on complex contentious matters, including Will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues.
• Cover all aspects of contentious private client litigation
• Build relationships with external referrers and Counsel
• Grow and develop caseload
• Work alongside and support a Senior Associate

What do you need?

• To be a qualified Solicitor
• 2+ years PQE
• Experience in litigation and an interest in contentious probate
