Candidate

You will be working across corporate and commercial disputes while making sure to be a team player to achieve the best for your client. To get you started in the role, we ask you are NQ-3PQE, ideally with some experience in dispute resolution, but this is not essential as the firm is willing to help you explore a new practice area like disputes.

Your main duties will include:

  • Supporting your senior colleagues with a variety of dispute resolution cases.
  • Being present at in-person court appearances and potentially virtual hearings.
  • Consistently being professional with clients and colleagues.
  • Having strong communication with clients, while also ensuring you are listening and meeting their needs.
  • Being able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensuring you build a solid portfolio of cases
  • A real problem-solving attitude towards tasks.
  • Setting goals and being proactive about achieving these, with the support of your team.
