About the Role

A well-regarded regional firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE to take the next step in their career with a firm that truly values work-life balance and employee wellbeing.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Providing clear, compassionate advice to clients, often during sensitive times.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships across generations.
• Supporting business development efforts and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
• Working closely with a collaborative and supportive team of legal professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1-4 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Have solid experience in dealing with a broad range of private client matters.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be committed to delivering high levels of client service with empathy and attention to detail.
• Be motivated to grow within a firm that promotes career development and wellbeing in equal measure.
