• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Residential Property.
• Strong technical expertise across a variety of conveyancing matters.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Business development experience and a proactive approach to contributing to the team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Advising and supporting clients effectively, ensuring exceptional levels of service.
• Liaising with third parties such as Land Registry, estate agents, and other solicitors.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintaining effective file management and ensuring compliance with SRA regulations.
• Undertaking billing, time recording, and credit control procedures in line with firm policies.
• Supporting business development initiatives and building strong professional networks to enhance the firm’s profile.

Location : Cobham (office-based)

Salary : £35,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience

Contract : Full-Time, Permanent
