An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a top-tier, market-leading team based in Central Manchester. This role offers the chance to work alongside some of the most highly regarded property litigators in the region, advising an impressive portfolio of clients on a wide range of residential and commercial property disputes.
The successful candidate will be joining a firm renowned for its collaborative culture, high-quality work, and genuine commitment to career development.
You will handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, with a primary focus on residential disputes, while also gaining exposure to more complex commercial property litigation.
- Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (including possession, disrepair, and tenancy issues)
- Boundary and rights of way disputes
- Service charge and leasehold enfranchisement matters
- Claims relating to restrictive covenants and easements
- Contentious property issues arising from developments and acquisitions
- Supporting Senior colleagues on complex commercial property disputes
You will be a skilled property litigator with a solid grounding in contentious property matters and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE in property litigation
- Experience handling residential property disputes is essential
- Exposure to or interest in commercial property litigation work is desirable
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach
