We are currently recruiting for a Immigration Solicitor to join our expanding Corporate and Personal Immigration Department.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Strong experience of dealing with all point-based system.
• Proven Immigration experience in the areas set out below.
• Able to handle/organise own workload
• Multilingual preferred but not essential.
• Good legal writing and drafting skills.
• Be ambitious and want to work on complex cases

Experience required

• All types of Entry Clearance Visas, Further Leave to Remain and ILR
• All types of Appeals at First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and beyond.
• Strong knowledge of PBS
• EU Law including Residence Application, Family Permit, Settlement
• Human Rights Article 8 and Article 3 Applications and Long residence

Salary

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but very competitive for the right candidate.
