THE ROLE

Lead and motivate the Personal Injury and Motor Litigation team to deliver outstanding client outcomes through strong leadership, performance management, and strategic direction. Ensure compliance, optimise processes, and maintain a client‑focused approach that supports fair and effective case handling.
