• Lead the Commercial Property team, with scope to shape and grow the department.
• Handle a broad range of high-value matters including:
• Land development projects
• Landlord & tenant transactions
• Lease renewals
• Purchases and sales of businesses and investment properties
• Real estate finance and general commercial conveyancing
• Work alongside a collegiate partnership team within a firm known for innovation and progressive working practices.

• At least 10 years’ PQE in commercial property.
• Strong track record in client development and relationship management.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Commercially astute with excellent technical ability and client care skills.
