A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its Dispute Resolution team in Farnborough. You will be part of a respected team working on complex, high-value commercial disputes, including:

• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Intellectual property disputes
• Insolvency-related litigation

Responsibilities include managing significant cases, supervising juniors, and contributing to business development.

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial litigation
• Proven track record handling complex disputes
• Strong technical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and commercially astute
• Experience mentoring juniors and contributing to team growth
• Business development interest is a plus
