Family Solicitor - NQ to Partner

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £45,000 to £100,000+

Key Requirements

• Support the private family law team with a mixed caseload, including divorce, child law, family mediation, prenuptial agreements, high net worth divorce, same‑sex marriage and civil partnerships.
• Contribute to the growth of the team by supporting existing clients and aiding in business development.
• Handle any other duties required by the team.

Essential Requirements

• Be an NQ Solicitor or above in England and Wales with a demonstrable interest in family law.
• Ability to handle complex cases with empathy and professionalism.
• Demonstrated track record of successful client outcomes.
