The Cambian Group are recruiting for additional Team Leaders to work in an Ofsted registered children’s home, which is part of Cambian Brook View school.
Cambian Brook View School offers a fully integrated approach to the Education, Care and Clinical support for young people aged 8 to 18 years, who come to us on a full time, residential basis from across the country, with a range of Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs.

The role is about leading a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that puts the health, safety and welfare of our young people first. To provide appropriate physical and emotional support to young people in residence through the work of a team of care staff within a residential environment. The emphasis upon effective management of a team, which involves motivating, coaching, managing performance via probation / appraisal and auditing the quality of care. This role is critical in ensuring that ‘The Children’s Home Regulations and Quality Standards’ are exceeded. It also provides the opportunity to develop and improve practice.
