A leading food company in Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for the Irish retail sector. You will lead growth initiatives for iconic plant-based brands and build strong commercial partnerships. The ideal candidate has proven FMCG experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to challenges. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid in London.

This is a pivotal sales role within Flora Food Group. As our Key Account Manager for Irish Retail you will lead growth across the Irish retail sector building strong commercial partnerships with key retailers and buying groups throughout Ireland. You will be responsible for expanding the presence of our iconic plant-based brands Flora ProActiv and Elmleaacross this strategically important channel.
Youll deliver against ambitious targets through strategic account management cultivating high-impact relationships with Irish retail customers and developing tailored business plans that reflect the unique dynamics of the Irish retail landscape. The role can be based in Northern Ireland with monthly travel to our London office or London-based with regular travel to Republic of Ireland customers.
Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Northern Ireland Remote or London Hybrid
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager managing retail accounts within FMCG ideally with exposure to Irish retail and distribution networks
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of achieving ambitious sales and P&L targets.
Thrives in a fast-paced evolving retail and e-commerce environment showing initiative and adaptability
