A game development company in Chatham is seeking a Market & Business Insight Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights and guide business strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to lead research projects, design dashboards, and influence marketing decisions throughout the game lifecycle. Ideal candidates should have proficiency in data visualization tools and strong communication skills. Flexibility in working arrangements is offered.
We’re looking for a curious, collaborative and data-savvy Market & Business Insight Analyst to help shape the way we gather, analyse and present data across our game portfolio. In this role, you’ll transform complex information into clear, actionable insights that guide business and game strategy — with a strong focus on compelling visualisation and storytelling.
You’ll play a key part in informing marketing and product decisions across the full lifecycle of our games, using your analytical expertise to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks that help us stay ahead in the competitive gaming landscape.
We’re passionate about creating great games — and building a workplace where everyone can thrive. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact, work with brilliant people, and see your insights directly influence how we grow and market our titles.
We actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. We’re committed to building an inclusive culture that values diversity and fosters equity in all we do.
The ideal candidate would be able to spend at least one day a week in the office, however we can be flexible.
