Groundcare Service Technician – Framlingham

Contract Personnel is seeking an experienced technician with expertise in groundcare, garden, or small agricultural machinery for our well-established client based in Framlingham.

What does the role involve?

• Diagnosing faults and performing repairs and servicing on groundcare machinery
• Utilizing the latest diagnostic software for hydraulic and electrical systems
• Maintaining and repairing customer equipment on-site
• Providing excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Traveling to customer locations as part of a mobile service role

Qualifications and skills required:

• Experience with domestic or professional grass machinery (advantageous)
• Knowledge of garden, utility, or small agricultural machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computers and diagnostic software
• Full UK driving license

Schedule: Monday to Friday (overtime available)

Pay rate: Competitive DOE

• Competitive salary – dependent on experience
• Company vehicle provided
• 32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays)
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours
