Job summary
A leading global financial services firm seeks a KYC Markets Middle Office Manager to oversee KYC onboarding and renewals, managing a team while partnering with Front Office to ensure compliance with AML and Due Diligence requirements. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in conflict resolution, and knowledge of KYC and Compliance standards. This role demands proactive workload management and effective partnership with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.

- Strong understanding of KYC and Compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the teams’ Renewals schedule for Front Office.
- Oversee KYC Renewals book of work.
- Build strong partnerships and eliminate roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with AML and Due Diligence requirements.
- Identify and execute process improvements.
