The Role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the creation and delivery of high‑quality visual designs across a range of client projects. Specifically, you’ll take briefs and translate them into strong visual concepts, supporting projects from initial idea through to final artwork across both print and digital channels. Working closely with colleagues across the agency, you’ll contribute ideas, collaborate effectively, and help ensure all creative output meets consistently high visual and technical standards. On rare occasions, you will be asked to work outside of normal hours to achieve project deadlines.

About You
  • At least one year’s experience in a graphic design role
  • Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • A strong eye for design and detail
  • The ability to conceptualise and develop creative ideas
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A collaborative, proactive and curious approach to learning
  • An impressive portfolio demonstrating your creative process and finished work
