What you will be doing

The Junior Graphic Designer plays a key supporting role within the in-house design team, working closely with the Head of Design to deliver high-quality creative across The Evolv Collection’s diverse portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on role focused on the creation, rollout, and maintenance of brand assets across both print and digital channels. You will support the Head of Design on day-to-day design tasks, including menus for all brands, while supporting the marketing team with creative collateral for campaigns, launches, and activations.

From printed menus, POS materials, A-boards, flyers, and newspaper adverts to digital assets for web ad paid advertising, you will help ensure all creative output is consistently on-brand, visually engaging, and delivered to a high standard. As part of the in-house design function, you will support brand rollouts, help align creative across the estate, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our brands, playing an important role in strengthening design capability within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Design in delivering creative output across all Evolv Collection brands
  • Design and maintain menus for all restaurants, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
  • Create printed marketing collateral including POS, A-boards, flyers, table talkers, window vinyls, and newspaper advertisements
  • Support the marketing team with creative assets for campaigns, seasonal launches, and brand activations
  • Produce digital assets for digital advertising and other online communications
  • Assist in the rollout of new brands, refurbishments, and refreshes across the estate
  • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and supports the wider brand strategy
  • Adapt and resize artwork across formats while maintaining design integrity
  • Maintain organised design files and contribute to the smooth running of the in-house design workflow
  • Support continuous improvement of brand consistency and creative standards across all touchpoints
Key Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
  • A good understanding of print production and digital design requirements
  • A keen eye for detail and strong visual sensibility
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with marketing and wider teams
